Events & Community Support: Event coordination, Brighton Beach Pride, NYC Pride, fin-person support.
Advocacy & Education: Advocacy, RUSA Connects Telegram Group, English teaching, art teaching, and support for trans youth.
Creative & Technical Roles: Design, photo/videography, web development, programming, Russian-English translation, and help with website/social media.
Mental Health & Support Services: Mental health support, temporary housing assistance, and Rainbow Connections Mentorship Program.
Fundraising & Merchandise: Donations, fundraising, merchandise support.
Specialized Skills: Legal assistance, research, and mentorship.
